1.   How many floors does the Hotel Hacienda Puno have?
The Hotel Hacienda Puno has seven floors: six floors are for our guests, and the seventh is for general administration and maintenance. There is also a storage area in the basement for guest’s luggage.

2.   How many rooms does the Hotel Hacienda Puno have?
The Hotel Hacienda Puno has 58 rooms.

3.  Do you have double rooms?
Most of our rooms have a single King size bed, but we also have rooms that are equipped with two queen size beds.

4. Do the rooms have desks and WIFI?
Yes. Our rooms have been designed with both the business traveler and the pleasure traveler in mind. The desk, WIFI, and telephone are all complimentary, and come with the room at no extra charge.

5. What is the maximum number of people per room??
Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate 1 to 3 people. We have single rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms.

6. Are there smoking and non-smoking areas?
The only area in the hotel designated as the smoking area is the bar.

5.  Can I store my luggage at the hotel on the day that I am leaving ?
Yes, we will be happy to store your luggage on the day you leave, at no extra charge.

6. you have meeting rooms ?
Yes, we have 2 meeting rooms. These two can be joined together to form one large meeting room with a capacity of 200 people. Informal meetings can also be arranged in the hotel’s bar.

Our  rooms all  have   finely  selected amenities: shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

2. Are  pets   permitted?
No,  pets  are  not  permitted.

3. Is  there a  high-speed  internet   connection?
Yes, our   guests  all have a high-speed  WIFI  internet  connection.  An access code will  be   provided to  you.

4. Where is the   closest   parking   space ?
It  is  just  50  yards  from the  hotel.   This  parking  is included  with  your   room.

5. During what  hours  is the  bar  open?
Everyday,  from   5 pm  until  11 pm. 

6. When  is   breakfast  served?
Everyday,  from  6 am  until 9 am.
The   breakfast   buffet  at the   Hotel  Hacienda Puno   features  a  variety of  fruits,   breads,  juices,  and  other   delicacies,  which you  can  enjoy  along with the  beautiful  view  of the  lake. 

7. Is there  a  bodyguard  service?
No,  because the   tourist  circuit is mainly a  low risk area.    We recommend that  you  enjoy the  experience  with  your  family.

The   bus   terminal is  about  5  minutes  away by  taxi.
