SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Our relationship with society has roots as deep as the depth of Lake Titicaca. We care about the environment, which is why we don’t use oil for heating or for hot water. Not only have we recruited staff from the community (95% is indigenous), but we elevate the standard of living of the inhabitants, regional artisans and peasants, who have become our exclusive providers of food and other supplies. Finally, we believe that the success of a hotel service is based on the service we provide our workers, and therefore our employees enjoy all the social benefits that the law requires, and we share, with pleasure, our profits with them.
